My daughter is 5, she and I (an almost 300 lb woman) ran through this place and had an amazing time. To be completely honest because of my size I usually can't do fun places like this, there was absolutely not a single moment that I felt any type of uncomfortable. If momma is having a good time, babies have a good time. Lol. I will definitely visit her again!!!
My 2yo loved it!!! We will be coming back! The only issue I had was the size of the toddler area it was soooo small! There was no signs for the toddler area either and there should be an attendant at the entrance to keep out the larger kids.

Urban Jungle is a fun place for my boys to steam off some energy! We've attended a few birthday parties here as well. It's a fun and convenient place to take the kids for an hour or two to get them out of the house. The only downside is that older kids (12 +) play there as well, and they are often rude to the younger kids. I've witnessed some older kids throwing the ball really hard at a younger child during the Dodge ball games, and the attendant didn't do anything about it.
Their "baby/toddler" area (corner) comes off as an after thought. Better off removing altogether Everything else is definitely great fun for bigger kids. Just makes it hard keeping baby siblings interested.
Well staffed with friendly folks and good supervision. For the amount of people in the place, it was pretty nice and not too loud. This is a good place for parties of all age groups. They have the space for several groups too.
