Bank teller was very polite, she mentioned that the banker would be able to meet with me shortly -- 15 minutes later I find out that the person I had been waiting for until now just went out to lunch and it would be another 30 minutes. After burning my entire lunch period, I got absolutely nothing done. Nice people, but not expedient or competent.
During peak hours they should have more tellers working
Giving 1 star is more than this branch deserves. Mgmt sits at their desk while the customer line gets longer and longer. NEVER enough tellers. Poor staffing week after werk!
In the numerous time I have been to this branch and the different times as well I have yet to see a proper staff. Staff although friendly take no initiative to curb extended conversations, the manager has stood in line chatting with an old neighbor and the desk employees with the exception of Salvador Rivera are cold and disinterested in customer concerns. (3 different experiences). Smiles are seen from tellers, but are rare from desk and management staff alike. There has never been a thank you while I was waiting or a be right with you to those of us in line. After such amazing experiences at both the Poway and Rancho Bernardo locations at peak times it's worth the drive up the 15 to get the good service when I need more than and ATM.

Worst experience ever!!! The manager who works on Saturday (4/15/17) is the most laziest person I've met. I went in to cancel my card, and the manager told me to go to a differnt branch because they didn't have enough employees. I am so glad the El Cajon Branch helped otherwise I was going to cancel my account. That manager should be fired.
