Went in to purchase a new bike the other day, first time in this shop and was amazed with the respect and care shown to the customers. Not only did he help me find the bike on the internet and get it ordered, I also got a killer deal on a 2018 model. If I didn't live in arizona this would definitely be my go to shop. 10 stars!!
I was (disappointingly surprised --- not the perfect wording): when I entered of Zumwalts to seen the majority of their inside emptied. As I found out they be moving further away from this (rather centralized) address. But I still look to being a Patron/Customer of Zumwalts. One of the few remaining credible bike shops.
I have been mountain biking for about ten years now and bought my last three bikes from Zumwalt's. I was very happy with the cost of the bikes but to me the service I get at Zumwalts is most important and top notch. They get my bikes fixed quickly and correctly so I can be out there doing the thing I love. Many thanks Todd and good luck in the new location!
I dropped by Zumwalt's when in town on a business trip to rent a bike for the day. Todd and Evan hooked me up with an E-bike (#NoShame) and helped get me pointed to the nearest trail. Great service and I'll be dropping in the next time I'm in town.
