Despite this I still like shopping here. The store is kept clean and you can get good deals. Just avoid the middle of the day on weekends.
Great store, plus the co-workers are genuine people that like to help. More stores should make people feel welcome like Kohls does. I give the Santee Kohls a 10 . Great job to everyone there.
Awful. Drove 30 minutes away to do an online pickup. My order was completely wrong didn't even have what I ordered in stock the two customer service people were nice but the tall skinny dark haired man was kind of rude! (I believe he was a manager) He asked me to wait back in line to return the items that This store messed up on then he walked away when he simply could have did a quick return for me which would have been wonderful customer service. Also printer was broken for the kiosk for me to do an online order. Definitely won't come back to this store.
Usually there is a long wait to checkout. That is the only problem with this Kohl's. Earlier today the line wrapped half way around the inside of the store so we left and came back later. We still waited too long. You see employees idle, plenty of registers that could be opened. This is the usual experience.
Clean, quiet, with a large selection of business casual clothes. As far as Khols goes, it's a very nice location. As far as clothing outlets goes, it's still too pricey for 5 stars.
The woman at the register was very patient and helpful. She took her time with me. Yrs there was a line but I was in front of her face and she never wavered to feel the pressure of others in line.
