I've bought many smaller pieces for myself at Michael's as well as gifts for my daughter-in-law and granddaughters. This month I start a charm bracelet for my middle granddaughter turning 9. It's a tradition I'm setting for them. In six years I'll be starting a new one. I love this shop. Great customer service!
Victoria and her jeweler are very sensible, respectful and patient people. Her selection of jewelry is remarkable and her attention to detail, impressive.

The lady that works here is a nightmare! She came out of her store to yell at my son for doing absolutely nothing. He was standing outside of her store waiting for us to finish up at Penguin Yogurt. She felt it was fine to yell and point at him screaming at my 10 year old to leave. We will never go to this store and will spread the word about this awful woman!
Regarding the community member whose son was yelled at, I suspect he deserved it if Victoria cared enough to say something. She is a very respectful Lady with a warm heart who works hard to make her living.
I love this shop!!! Unlike some other reviews, I found Victoria and her son very pleasant. I have been coming to this shop for many years now and would not trust my jewelery else where. I have had many of my items custom made and the jeweler himself does excellent work! Not only do they know what they are doing, but they take pride in knowing the pieces you have to bring them. They know me by name and I like that. One note to those of you that think your jewelry is worth so much money; Michael's Jewelers is honest so if you have crap they will tell you the truth!
Super nice and helpful. I couldn't get the back of my watch back on and they did it for me for free. Beautiful jewelry inside as well I will be returning soon.
