I love walking along the lakes. The beautiful birds are a treat to watch.
Newby bass fisherman and i hooked a decent size bass here. Great environment,no loud noises and a lot of open space.
This is probably the nicest park in the area for the money. The staff is extremely helpful very friendly and a lot of fun. Although you can't swim in the Lakes they are very well maintained lots of stuff to do. The RV park is very nice with large spaces so you have lots of room for your table and parking. It's also great for taking walks around the park it's very pretty Park. We will definitely stay here again thank you Santee Lakes!
Hours of operation are too short. They only let you have animals at the back entrance. They will arrest you if on the grounds after closing. It would be nice if you could use this area not during everyone's normal work hours.
