Every time I have dealt with the lady in the office she is extremely rude. She acts as if I am stupid for asking certain questions. I think customer service is non existent here and unfortunately, they were the closest to where we are located and most affordable. Just sad that affordability equates to such a lack of professionalism and customer service. I will just have to refrain from calling or speaking to the office until we are able to vacate.
The people that work here are so nice very generous dog friendly i read some really bad reviews on this place they have been nothing but kind of nice to me and my son as well as my dog would highly recommend it
