They typically have more staff than I would expect for the store, but then that also means service when you need it. Even when there is a line, it goes down quickly.
Very knowledgeable staff and decent prices. The the products that they have are really good although not always the brand name you will see at Petco and PetSmart. I like this store it has a good variety of guinea pig food and that's what we have
Nice friendly local small business. They don't have large sizes for a lot of things but other than that excellent store for pet needs.
One of the few stores that have holistic pet food. It’s a little on the pricey side if you are used to chain stores. The quality is way better than anything in Petsmart or Petco. We were having a few issues with our Jack Russel and Corgi until we started using Pure Vita. Well worth the price in my opinion.
Friendly staff, good selection for the store size.
They have the critters needed to support exotic pets, at reasonable prices. For example, while the mice are a little more, they are also bigger than other places for only slightly less. Worth it.
Everything you need for your pet. The iguana (I think) they have near the cashier is ginormous! I bought mealworms and owner can get me bulk if I need. Very kind, and greatly appreciated.
