Only 24 Hour Mexican Food in Santee! A little bit more affordable as well!
Food is good. Service was horrible. Cashier totally ingnored me when I clearly stated I was ordering separate from my friends. He ran to the back when it was my time to order and never came out. The chef kept telling him I was waiting but who knows what he was doing back there. So finally I get to order and they gave me free tacos for the wait , but wait there's a catch. I finished my tacos then went to the restroom and was in there maybe a minute before one of the workers literally barged in , even with the door locked , and instead of exiting and apologizing until I was finished , he flushed the toilet for me and just stared at me with a look on his face, like, what was I doing in the restroom. All of the workers there kept staring at me awkwardly for no apparent reason . I look young , nothing special about me. Next time, I hope there's not a next time . Cazadores is way better food and service anyways . More quantity too
Really good food, and great customer service, at a great price. Today I had the Fish Tacos at $2.00 each; they have them at that price every Wednesdays and Fridays.
The only concern I have is that it's quite east to miss the driveway to this place. Everything else is great. The service and food here have always been very good, but there are times that the burritos tend to get a bit skinny. There are some days where they are very conservative with the meat.
Love the La Paz burrito and if you want to take it to the next level. Try it is as the carne asada fries, basically just ask for the carne asada fries made La Paz style, but I recommend light rice....
